On Sunday 24/05/2026 the SDC completed the process of registering the share capital increase of (3,500,000) shares of the Arab Pesticides & Veterinary Drugs Manufacturing Company and distributing them as stock dividends to the shareholders of the company in proportion to the percentage of their contributions in the company capital, given that the fifteenth day following the Jordan Securities Commission’s approval of the registration of the above-mentioned share capital increase falls on an official holiday, 27/05/2026. Therefore, the SDC will proceed with the registration of the company’s share capital increase on Sunday 24/05/2026

Thereby, the SDC records of the Arab Pesticides & Veterinary Drugs Company indicates the raise of its capital from (16,500,000) shares to a registered capital of (20,000,000) shares as a result of the mentioned share capital increase.

The above-mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 06/04/2026 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on 21/04/2026, and upon the approval of the Jordan Securities Commission on the share capital increase issued on 13/05/2026.
