On Tuesday 22/07/2025 the SDC completed the process of decreasing the share capital of 1,642,038 shares of Almehanya For Real Estate Investments & Housing Company to distribute its excess cash to the shareholders (JOD 1,642,038).

Thereby, the SDC record of Almehanya For Real Estate Investments & Housing Company indicates the decrease of its capital from (27,367,296) shares to a registered capital of (25,725,258) shares as a result of the mentioned share capital decrease.

The above-mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 15/04/2025 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on 12/06/2025.
