On Sunday 22/06/2025 the SDC completed the process of decreasing the share capital of (1,594,692) shares of the Ihdathiat Real Estate Company to redeem the accumulated losses (JOD 1,005,033) and to redeem the amount of discount issuance (JOD 589,659) as of 31/12/2024.

Thereby, the SDC records of the Ihdathiat Real Estate Company indicates the decrease of its capital from (4,486,627) shares to a registered capital of (2,891,935) shares as a result of the mentioned share capital decrease.

The above-mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 23/04/2025, and upon the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Supply on the share capital decrease issued on 15/06/2025.
