On Thursday 27/06/2024 the SDC completed the process of registering the share capital increase of (39,007) shares of the Jordan Steel Company.

The share capital increase of the said amount reflects public offering directed to all shareholders of the company.

Thereby, the SDC records of the Jordan Steel Company indicates the raise of its capital from (35,000,000) shares to a registered capital of (35,039,007) shares as a result of the mentioned share capital increase.

The above mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 13/11/2023 which was granted the approval of Industry, Trade, and Supply on 29/11/2023, and upon the approval of the Jordan Securities Commission on the Share Capital Increase issued on 24/03/2024.
