On Monday 02/11/2026 the SDC completed the process of registering the share capital increase of (27,777,778) shares of the National Cable & Wire Manufacturing Company.

The share capital increase of the said amount reflects converting part of the company's debts to the amount of (7,000,000) shares and allocating them to the shareholder (Jordan Islamic Bank) with an issuance price (252) fils based upon JSC's decision No. (522/2026) dated 29/10/2026, provided that these shares are under lock-up for two years from the completion date of the issuance procedures at the JSC.

Thereby, the SDC records of the National Cable & Wire Manufacturing Company indicates the raise of its capital from (19,299,747) shares to a registered capital of (47,077,525) shares as a result of the mentioned share capital increase.

The above-mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 12/10/2026 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Supply on 18/10/2026, and upon the approval of the Jordan Securities Commission on the share capital Increase issued on 29/10/2026.
