On Wednesday 15/07/2026 the SDC completed the process of registering the share capital increase of (1,200,000) shares of the National Insurance Company.

The share capital increase reflects capitalization the amount and distributing them as stock dividends to all shareholders of the company in proportion to the percentage of their contributions in the company capital.

Thereby, the SDC records of the National Insurance Company indicates the raise of its capital from (8,800,000) shares to a registered capital of (10,000,000) shares as a result of the mentioned share capital increase.

The above-mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 20/05/2026 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Supply on 02/06/2026, and upon the approval of the Jordan Securities Commission on the Share Capital Increase issued on 01/07/2026.
