On Wednesday 03/06/2026 the SDC completed the process of registering the share capital increase of (200,000,000) shares of the Jordan Phosphate Mines Company.

The share capital increase reflects capitalization the amount and distributing them as stock dividends to all shareholders of the company in proportion to the percentage of their contributions in the company capital.

Thereby, the SDC records of the Jordan Phosphate Mines Company indicates the raise of its capital from (300,000,000) shares to a registered capital of (500,000,000) shares as a result of the mentioned share capital increase.

The above-mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 20/04/2026 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Supply on 07/05/2026, and upon the approval of the Jordan Securities Commission on the share capital increase issued on 20/05/2026.
