On Wednesday 13/05/2026 the SDC completed the process of registering the share capital increase of (2,967,892) shares of the Jordanian Saudi Investment House For Development & Investment Company.

The share capital increase of the said amount reflects public offering directed to all shareholders of the company.

Thereby, the SDC records of the Jordanian Saudi Investment House For Development & Investment Company indicates the raise of its capital from (7,779,331) shares to a registered capital of (10,747,223) shares as a result of the mentioned share capital increase.

The above-mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 27/04/2025 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on 13/07/2025, and upon the approval of the Jordan Securities Commission on the share capital increase issued on 02/04/2026.
