| 1. | Capitalization the credit balance (5,370,280) shares of the strategic shareholder “Capital Investments and Brokerage Jordan” with an issuance price (1) JOD. |
| 2. | Allocating (337,785) to the “Capital Investments and Brokerage Jordan” with an issuance price (1) JOD through non-public offering. |
| Thereby, the SDC records of the Ihdathiat Real Estate Company indicates the raise of its capital from (2,891,935) shares to a registered capital of (8,600,000) shares as a result of the mentioned share capital increase. | |
| The above-mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 29/10/2025 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on 05/11/2025, and upon the approval of the Jordan Securities Commission on the share capital increase issued on 15/04/2026. | |
