On Sunday 10/05/2026 the SDC completed the process of decreasing the share capital of (4,500,000) JOD of the capital of the Arab Center For Pharmaceuticals & Chemicals Industries Company to redeem part of the company’s accumulated losses as of 31/12/2021.

Thereby, the SDC records of the Arab Center For Pharmaceuticals & Chemicals Industries Company indicates the decrease of its capital from (5,000,000) share/JOD to a registered capital of (500,000) share/JOD as a result of the mentioned share capital decrease.

The above-mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 29/03/2023, and upon the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Supply on 14/04/2026 and the letter of no objection from the Jordan Securities Commission on the share capital decrease issued on 06/05/2026.
