Kindly be informed that the SDC has completed the process of registering the share capital increase of (3,333,333) shares of the Arab Assurers Insurance Company on Thursday 10/09/2026.
The share capital increase reflects converting the company's debts of the amount (1,000,000) JOD with an issuance price (0.30) JOD and allocates these shares to those mentioned in the Jordan Securities Commission (JSC)’s Board of Commissioners decision no. (417/2026) dated 03/09/2026, provided that these shares are under lock-up for one year from the completion date of the issuance procedures at the JSC.
