Kindly be informed that the SDC has completed the process of merger of the Arabia Insurance Company (merged company) in the Jerusalem Insurance (merging company) on Thursday 03/09/2026 and the share capital increase resulted from merger in the Jerusalem Insurance Company by allocating these shares to the shareholders of the Arabia Insurance Company – Jordan Company except the shareholder of the Jerusalem Insurance Company based upon the Jordan Securities Commission (JSC)’s Board of Commissioners decision no. (415/2026) dated 30/08/2026 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on 03/08/2026.
