The share capital increase reflects public offering directed to all shareholders of the company with an issuance price of JD (1) per share based upon the decision of the Jordan Securities Commission (JSC)’s Board of Commissioners no. (207/2026) dated 03/06/2026 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, Supply on 13/07/2025.
