Kindly be informed that the SDC will carry on the process of decreasing the share capital of (1,600,000) shares of the United Group for Land Transport on Tuesday 05/05/2026 as this amount is in excess of its needs.

The share capital decrease of the said amount will result in decreasing the registered capital for the company from (6,600,000) shares to (5,000,000) shares.
