Kindly be informed that the SDC will carry on the process of decreasing the share capital of (1,642,038) shares of the the Almehanya For Real Estate Investments & Housing Company on Tuesday 22/07/2025 by the amount is in excess of its needs and distributes this excess cash to the shareholders. |

The share capital decrease of the said amount will result in decreasing the registered capital from (27,367,296) shares to (25,725,258) shares.
