Subject: The Share Capital Decrease of Dar Al Aman For Islamic Finance Co.
Greetings,
Kindly be informed that the SDC will carry on the process of decreasing the share capital of (8,000,000) shares of Dar Al Aman For Islamic Finance Company on Monday 21/07/2025 to redeem part of the accumulated losses as of 31/12/2024.
The share capital decrease of the said amount will result in decreasing the registered capital from (16,000,000) shares to (8,000,000) shares.
