Under the patronage of the Governor of the Central Bank of Jordan, H.E. Dr. Adel Al-Sharkas, Mr. Najd Al-Najdawi, Director of the Registration Department at the Securities Depository Center (SDC), and Mr. Jaafar Al-Swalmeen, Director of the Operations Department, participated in the 4th Green Finance Forum 2026 (GREEFIN Forum 2026), held on Tuesday, September 1, 2026.

Held under the theme “Green Public-Private Dialogue: A Strategic Tool for Framing Sustainability,” the Forum aimed to strengthen institutional dialogue and cooperation between the public and private sectors, coordinate efforts, and develop shared visions and policies that support the transition toward a more sustainable and resilient economy.

This year’s Forum addressed several key topics related to the state of sustainability in Jordan and opportunities to advance it, the role of the National Green Taxonomy in guiding investments, mechanisms for mobilizing finance to support the green transition, as well as climate risk management and the implementation of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) standards.
