The Jordan capital market institutions, represented by Jordan Securities Commission, Amman Stock Exchange, and Securities Depository Center, received a student delegation from the Zarqa University on Thursday 21/05/2026.

Mrs. Manar Abudabous, Head of Members Section from Registration Department, gave a presentation on the SDC’s tasks including safekeeping and depositing securities, managing the SDC’s relations with its members, and training them on the SDC’s electronic systems.

Mrs. Abeer Alnaser, Head of Clearing and Settlement Section from Operations Department, also gave a presentation on the SDC’s tasks related to the transfer of ownership of securities and clearing and settlement, ownership restrictions and transfers excluded from trading.

An open fruitful discussion related to all aspects of the Jordan capital market and its institutions functions where the last stage of the delegation visit.
